Please remember to attach the stub of the PeaceHealth Laboratories bill when mailing in payment and include your account/invoice number on the check.

Contact us ​if you have a dispute for laboratory services in connection with payment made through a credit card provider. Any service charge the provider imposes to validate the charges on your behalf will become your responsibility.​
