PeaceHealth Laboratories' bills may be paid online using the form below. To get started, fill in your account information and the amount you wish to pay. You will be directed to an SSL secure site to enter your credit card to ensure that your information is safe and secure.

Account Number

Your account number is located at the top left side of your invoice under the words "Account Number"

Your account number is a unique number for each doctor/lab visit. If you have multiple invoices from PeaceHealth Laboratories for differing lab tests you will have a different account number for each invoice. Please submit payment for each invoice.
