Comments: The stated therapeutic range is based on a trough specimen, with the patient in the maintenance phase, and rapamycin (sirolimus) in combination with cyclosporine for a kidney transplant. The range may vary with other transplant organs, when used in combination with drugs other than cyclosporine (or rapamycin alone), with the approach of the transplant center, and other factors.
