Handling: | Allow blood to clot at ambient temperature for 60 minutes. Centrifuge and separate serum from cells immediately. CRITICAL: Freeze at -20° C immediately. Allow no more than one freeze/thaw cycle. If other testing is ordered, send separate specimen for this test. | ||||||||
