| Collection: | Actively growing organism, in pure culture, on agar slant or on a swab in bacterial transport media. NOTE: Source of specimen is required. | ||||||||
| Handling: | Submit specimen according to Biological Substance, category B, shipping guidelines.
Indicate source of organism and any other pertinent information, including a warning if organism is suspected to be a dangerous pathogen (Salmonella, Shigella, Neisseria Meningitidis, etc). |
