One 7.5 mL serum separator tube (SST). Also acceptable: One 4 mL lavender top tube (EDTA). Usually drawn approximately 12 hours after last dose. |
Handling: |
Allow to clot, centrifuge SST and transport in original tube. Centrifuge lavender top tube and separate plasma into a plastic tube for transport. |
