Viable organism in pure culture on any primary or tubed media that supports the growth of acid-fast organisms. Do not send agar plates.

7 days temperature. Unstable frozen.

Comments:
A charge will be added for each DNA identification probe done. Probe negative isolates will be sent to a reference laboratory for identification. An additional charge will be added for this test.
