Collection: | Nasopharyngeal Swab: using a sterile polyester swab, place the swab in M4/M4RT transport medium. Swab in 0.5-3.0 mL sterile saline is also acceptable. (M5 also acceptable but not supplied).
Nasal Wash/Aspirate: collect nasal wash/aspirate in 2-5 mL sterile saline and submit in a sterile leakproof container. |
