Collection: |
Two 5 mL red top tubes. |
Handling: |
Allow to clot, centrifuge and separate serum from cells and pour into a plastic vial. Freeze immediately. Critical frozen. If multiple tests are ordered, freeze a separate aliquot for this test. |
Stability: |
After separation from cells, 2 hours ambient, or 2 weeks frozen. |
