Minimum Volume: |

Comments: |
Patient must be fasting. Lactose dose for adults, infants and children is based on body weight. The lactose is orderable through Client Services and comes pre-packaged with the mixing and dosing instructions. Symptoms displayed by the patient during the procedure should be noted, especially if they have diarrhea. Alternatively, test is administered at any PeaceHealth Laboratories Patient Service Center. |
