Total semen sample by masturbation into a clean, dry glass or plastic container. Refrigerate. Send to the laboratory same day (24-hour maximum delay). Patient may deliver specimen to PeaceHealth Laboratories, 123 International Way, Springfield, between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M., Monday-Friday, or to any PeaceHealth Laboratories Patient Service Center. |
